2022 Women's Retreat
Thursday 28th April – Sunday 1st May
A heart centred gathering
I’ve designed this beautiful, gentle retreat to nourish you on every level. It will be a small, intimate gathering of 7 women, and our focus will be on sharing practices & tools to ground, support & inspire you to live with more ease, grace & flow.
I will be your guide. Together we will reflect, contemplate & meet in circle to hold space for each other and listen to the whispers of our heart, which can be drowned out by the noise of our minds in our everyday lives.
You will be nourished with beautiful food & breathwork sessions to clear energy and restore balance. You will be guided through meditations to clear stress, anxiety & fatigue. We will spend time connecting with nature, allowing the trees to restore our wellbeing . And there will also be free time to go for a walk, read a book, sit in the sun or take a cleansing swim in the ocean.
Accommodation
We will be staying at a gorgeous house in a quiet street of Avalon Beach for 4 days & 3 nights.
You have the option of a King room (2 available), Queen room (1 available) or shared room (2 shared rooms available).
All your meals & activities are included, with nothing else to pay for or think about once you are on retreat.

Beautiful Ayurvedic food
All our meals will be lovingly prepared by Annette Robinson, an incredible chef who cooks with fresh, organic food based on Ayurvedic principles. All meals are abundant, delicious and very healthy! You will be completely nourished from the inside out with Nette’s incredible cooking.
You will be gently cleansing on retreat to support the inner work we will be doing, so our mealtimes are free of meat, caffeine & alcohol. But don’t worry, this isn’t a fast! You will be deliciously satiated and satisfied, I promise! By the end of the retreat your body, mind & spirit should feel grounded & nourished on every level.
